Mrs. Crosby was born January 15, 1923, in Swansea to the late William Fur and the late Sarah Towry.

Mrs. Lucille "Lucy" Wiggins- Moore, 73, of Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Ehrhardt died Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at the Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y. Funeral services were held Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Savannah Creek Baptist Church in Ehrhardt. Mrs. Wiggins-Moore was born March 13, 1936 in Bamberg County to the late Ben and Mattie L. Wiggins.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pernell Spellman, 79, of Ehrhardt were held Monday, September 7, 2009 in the Rizer Chapel United Methodist Church, Ehrhardt. Mrs. Spellman was born on May 2, 1930, to the late Roosevelt and Elease Sheppard Wright.
