Two incumbents have filed
for reelection to retain their seats
on the Bamberg School District
Two School Board (Denmark-
Olar Schools) in the April 14
nonpartisan election and are
being opposed by a previous
board member and a newcomer.
While in Bamberg School
District One, two incumbents
have filed for reelection on April
14th with one candidate receiving
opposition, and the other
being unopposed.
In the Denmark-Olar School
District Two school board elections,
incumbent Larry Bias has
filed for another four year term
on the board representing seat 1.
Bias will be opposed by Willette H. Williams a former board member who has filed to run.
Incumbent Ann Causby, has
filed to run for reelection to her
district 2 seat on the District Two
School Board for a third term.
Causby is being opposed by
Paula Whetstone who filed to run.
In Bamberg School District
One, incumbent Stacy Long has
filed for another term of office
representing seat 3.
Long is being opposed by
Robin Haynes. Dr. R. Dale
Padgett has filed for reelection to
his seat representing seat 4 in district
one, and is unopposed.

Jeffcoat reminds voters that the
Bamberg County Courthouse will
be closed on Good Friday April
10. Anyone wanting to vote by
absentee must do so before or on
Thursday April 9th or Monday
April 13th.
A voting machine will be
setup in the courthouse. The final
election results will be certified
on April 17th.
