Roosevelt "Skipper" Jones, 74, of the Bamberg County Nursing Center, Bamberg, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, at Bamberg County Hospital.

Sgt. Charles "Tooter" Black, with the Bamberg County Detention Center, 51, of Branchville, formerly of Ehrhardt, died Saturday, March 8, 2008, at the result of a vehicle accident.
